Our roots trace back to 1901 when Manley Simmons founded a sign company based in application of paint to metal. Painting innovations grew from signs to high volume industrial work as Charles Curtis Simmons pioneered the electrostatic painting process during the mid twentieth century. Today the CCS Finishing Group proudly includes Enameled Steel, Midwestern Rust Proof, and Arlington Plating Company.
